What We Train

Every session is built around basketball fundamentals, so kids build fitness habits by playing a sport they actually want to play.

01 / SKILL

Ball Handling & Fundamentals

Dribbling, footwork, shooting mechanics, and passing — progressive drills scaled to each athlete's level.

02 / CONDITIONING

Speed, Agility & Strength

Age-appropriate sprint mechanics, plyometrics, and bodyweight strength work, with growth-plate-safe progressions.

03 / TEAM

Sportsmanship & Teamwork

Small-sided games and scrimmages that teach communication, discipline, and how to compete with respect.

As the program grows, additional locations, counties, and offerings may be added. For now, families throughout Brevard County are welcome to enroll.
