Our flagship program: a basketball-focused physical education class built for homeschool students in grades 5–12, run as a full 2-hour weekly session.
Every session is built around basketball fundamentals, so kids build fitness habits by playing a sport they actually want to play.
Dribbling, footwork, shooting mechanics, and passing — progressive drills scaled to each athlete's level.
Age-appropriate sprint mechanics, plyometrics, and bodyweight strength work, with growth-plate-safe progressions.
Small-sided games and scrimmages that teach communication, discipline, and how to compete with respect.
A full two-hour weekly session — structured like a real practice, not a free-play gym hour.
Dynamic stretching, footwork ladders, and light conditioning to get athletes ready to move.
Rotating stations for ball handling, shooting form, and passing — grouped by age and ability.
Sprint mechanics, cone work, and plyometrics drawn from a structured youth training progression.
Small-sided games applying the day's skills, followed by stretching and a quick team recap.
All sessions are currently held exclusively within Brevard County, Florida.
Elevate Future Athletics is proudly Brevard County-based — every session, every drill, every scrimmage happens close to home.
As the program grows, additional locations, counties, and offerings may be added. For now, families throughout Brevard County are welcome to enroll.
