How It Works

Four steps to enroll with EMA funds.

Confirm Eligibility

Make sure your scholarship account is active and funded through EMA.

STEP 2

Find Our Listing

Search "Elevate Future Athletics" under Physical Education in the EMA marketplace.

STEP 3

Request Services

Select weekly sessions and submit your request through your EMA account.

STEP 4

Start Training

Once approved, your athlete is scheduled into weekly 2-hour sessions in Brevard County.

Note: This form registers interest only — it does not create your EMA account. Families need a separate, active EMA account to allocate scholarship funds toward these services.
